Shipping, Delivery & Returns
At Nice & Spice, we understand the importance of discretion for our customers. We ensure that all orders are shipped in plain packaging, and our company name does not appear on the boxes. We will send tracking numbers via email in the mid-afternoon on the day your order ships. If you don't receive this email, please contact us, and we will provide the tracking number. For added security and discretion, we offer the option to ship your order directly to a post office location.
Please be aware that we cannot anticipate any additional taxes or import regulations your country may have.
Free Shipping:
Orders over $100 are eligible for free expedited shipping. If you want to change your shipping method, please contact us before shipment. Unfortunately, after fulfillment, we cannot make any changes.
Shipping & Delivery
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or statutory holidays. Any orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday (or Tuesday if there is a holiday). Our goal is to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If there are any issues that will cause unreasonable delays, we will contact you. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us right away. If your order has already shipped, you can either receive the items or reject the parcel and return it to the sender.
Our delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected: Expedited or Priority. These are estimates and don't include the time needed to process and fulfill your order. Uncontrollable events such as severe weather or postal disruptions may affect delivery times. During holidays or peak seasons, deliveries may experience delays.

Return Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, which include sex toys, lingerie or any garment that covers an intimate area is not returnable by law (this includes panties, teddies, bras, bikinis, etc.), we do not accept returns. If you have questions regarding sizing, send us an email and we will try to help as best we can! All sales are final and we do not accept returns, unless there is a manufacturer defect upon opening, or if the box is unopened and sealed.
