Return & Refund Policy
Due to the intimate nature of most of the products we sell, All Sales Are Final, and we do not accept returns, unless sealed and unopened, undamaged, or if there is a manufacturer defect. Items need to have original labels and ticketing attached.
It is strongly recommended customers fully insure for return shipment in the case items are lost, stolen, or damaged.
Defective Products
Nice and Spice will accept returns on defective items within seven days of the order delivery date. After seven days, customers will need to contact the manufacturer for a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, Nice and Spice does not accept returns on items which come in direct contact with skin or bodily fluids, including: semen, blood, urine, semen, et al. Upon shipping from the warehouse, these items are deemed non-resellable. Items include:
- Lingerie or any garment that covers an intimate area is not returnable by law (this includes panties, teddies, bras, bikinis, etc.). If you have questions regarding sizing, please send us an email and we will try to help as best we can!
- Vibrators, dildos and ANY item which can be inserted into the penis, vagina, anus or mouth
- Any and all harness and dildo assembly.
Order Cancellation Policy
Please select your products and order carefully. Once orders are submitted, credit cards will be charged immediately, and sent to processing for shipping and fulfillment. Due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to cancel after it is submitted.
Many of the electronic items we sell are covered by manufacturer warranties. Reach out to our staff and they can help direct you to the appropriate place to register your product and make a claim with the vendor or manufacturer for product replacement in the case it is defective upon arrival.
Please note that we are not responsible for any damages or defects caused by customers and will not deal with goods that have been used. All claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis and will be up to the discretion of Nice & Spice.
